Are your games authentic?
We do our best to verify authenticity on all retro games and accessories. Any reproduction or third-party items will always be clearly labeled.
What happens if something arrives damaged or doesn’t work?

Do you replace save batteries in older games?
When needed, yes. Many older cartridge games use batteries to hold save data, and we replace worn batteries whenever possible.
Are your consoles tested before shipping?
Yes! Every console is fully tested before it ships. We check power, video output, controller ports, disc drives, cartridge readers, and overall functionality to make sure everything works properly.
What condition are your products in?
Because retro products are pre-owned, minor cosmetic wear may exist. However, we aim to provide products in great condition and clearly show any noticeable flaws in photos or descriptions.
